titleOfInvention Nebulizer
abstract (57) [PROBLEMS] To provide a nebulizer for ICP-MS that can efficiently atomize a sample liquid with a small flow rate into fine mist particles and that does not easily clog the capillaries of the sample introduction part. . A sample introduction pipe for supplying a sample liquid, a nebulizer gas introduction pipe provided coaxially with the sample introduction pipe and supplying a nebulizer gas near a tip end of the sample introduction pipe, and a nebulizer gas A nebulizer provided with a spray chamber that provides a place to be atomized by spraying, the electrodes are provided around the sample introduction tube and at a position facing the tip of the sample introduction tube, and one or both of the electrodes are provided. An electric field is generated between both electrodes by applying a high voltage to not only the nebulizer gas in the spray chamber but also the electrospray phenomenon generated at the tip of the sample introduction tube. The sample liquid was atomized.
