abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing film and a polarizing plate having excellent polarization performance and more excellent in moisture resistance, heat resistance and optical properties than conventionally known ones. SOLUTION: The polarizing film of the present invention is characterized in that at least one selected from iodine and a dichroic dye is contained in a thermoplastic norbornene-based resin. The polarizing plate of the present invention is provided with the polarizing film of the present invention. |
