(57) [Summary] [Solution] General formula (1) (Wherein, R 1 represents a lower alkyl group, R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a carboxyl-protecting group) or a salt thereof; and a medicament containing the same. [Effect] Since the compound of the present invention has a potent urease inhibitory activity and an anti-ulcer effect, the anti-ulcer agent of the present invention containing the compound inhibits or eliminates the growth of H. pylori, and has a therapeutic effect on peptic ulcer and relapse. It is useful as a drug with excellent inhibitory action. |
