titleOfInvention Recycled concrete
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide recycled concrete capable of exhibiting mechanical performance equivalent to that of concrete using natural aggregate. SOLUTION: The main materials of the recycled concrete are a binder containing reducing slag and gypsum, a recycled aggregate obtained by crushing concrete waste, and water. As this binder, an ATK cement composed of 65 to 80% by weight of the slag of the reduction phase and 35 to 20% by weight of gypsum is preferable. As the recycled aggregate, the coarse particle ratio is 2.5 to 3.0. And the amount passing through a 0.3 mm sieve is 20-30% by weight 40mm with fine aggregate having a coarse particle ratio of 6.3 to 7.3 It is preferable to use a mixture with a coarse aggregate having an amount remaining in the sieve of 5% by weight or less, or a mixture having a particle size of 40 mm or less (40-0) and a coarse particle ratio of 5.0 to 6.5.
