abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To predict the growth state of bacteria at a target site, sterilize the bacteria based on the predicted value, and suppress the growth of bacteria. SOLUTION: A growth predicting means 12 for predicting a growth state of bacteria at a target site, and a sterilizing means 10 being controlled based on a prediction result of the growth predicting means 12, thereby sterilizing the target site and then performing the next sterilization. And the sterilization strength can be set appropriately.
