SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric having the properties of bark is formed by adhering at least one bark fine powder of a tree such as Aomori Hiba, Hinoki, Sugi, Eucalyptus or the like to a base nonwoven fabric 2 using a synthetic resin as a binder.
