titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing photocurable resin plastic molded article using glass mold
abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a plastic molded product such as a rotating polygon mirror which is an optical element, for example, to improve the molding efficiency and reduce the production cost of the plastic molded product. The task is to reduce it. As a means for solving the above problems, a photo-curable resin 9 is filled in a glass mold 3, and the photo-curable resin 9 is irradiated with light through the glass mold 3 to perform the photo-curing. The present invention provides a method for producing a photo-curable resin molded article 1 for curing a curable resin 9. The glass mold 3 is cylindrical or annular, and the inner peripheral surface is a mold surface 4 having a desired molded shape.
