abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a water-reaction-curable urethane resin composition which has a low viscosity until production, transfer and mixing and which does not drip when applied to a non-horizontal surface, and a paint comprising the same. It is desired to provide a coating material, a sealing material, an adhesive, and a method for producing a cured product thereof. SOLUTION: A water-reaction-curable urethane resin composition containing an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer and added with hydrophilic finely divided silica. It is preferable that a carbon dioxide gas absorbent is added. Magnesium oxide having a specific surface area of at least 30 m 2 / g by the method is preferred.
