abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a suitable Mooney viscosity without base kneading and then re-kneading before sending to the finishing kneading process. A kneaded rubber having a degree of dispersion of a filler is provided. SOLUTION: Natural rubber is 20% by weight in a closed kneader. This is a method of kneading the rubber component and the filler, oil, plasticizer, anti-aging agent, etc., which are contained in the above, in which a filler such as carbon black is dividedly charged and kneaded.
