abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] Soft touch, flexibility, liquid permeability, liquid return prevention, Provided is a surface material of an absorbent article comprising an apertured film which has an excellent balance of concealability and can be produced by a general-purpose single drum having an apertured pattern. SOLUTION: This is a surface material made of a resin film which covers a surface of a liquid absorber disposed inside an absorbent article and has an opening for liquid permeation, wherein the resin film has a filler dispersed therein. A surface material for an absorbent article, which is a laminated film having a sea-island structure, a resin layer forming a surface layer portion in which the content of a filler in the sea-island structure is 30 to 80% by weight, and another resin layer.
