(57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid cosmetic composition which is filled into a ball-point pen type applicator so that a certain thin line can be easily drawn with a light force and the drawn line does not bleed. SOLUTION: The non-Newtonian viscosity coefficient of a liquid cosmetic for filling a ballpoint pen type applicator is 0.1 to 0.1. 9 is assumed. |
