titleOfInvention DNA fragment immobilization method, DNA chip and nucleic acid fragment detection method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA chip and a method for detecting a sample nucleic acid fragment, in which a single-stranded DNA fragment is covalently immobilized on a substrate surface using a disulfone compound. A DNA fragment of single chain having a reactive group to a method of fixing the substrate surface at its distal end, a DNA fragment of double-stranded, the linking group: -R 3 R 2 C-R 1 HC-S O 2 -L-SO 2 -CHR 1 -CR 2 R 3- , bonding group: -R 3 R 2 C—R 1 HC—SO 2 —L—SO 2 — (CR 1 R 2 ) n -, or a bond group :-( R 2 R 1 C) n -SO 2 -L-SO 2 -(CR 1 R 2 ) n-wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and an alkyl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms. Represents an atom or a group selected from the group consisting of aryl groups; n represents an integer of 1 to 6; and L represents a divalent linking group].
