titleOfInvention Anti-reflection film
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having improved productivity with eliminating the occurrence of cracks such as cracks in a high refractive index layer while maintaining the antireflection property of a conventional antireflection film. Offer. SOLUTION: A layer having a refractive index of 1.6 or more (first layer) is laminated on one surface of a transparent substrate, and a layer having a refractive index of 1.55 or less is formed on a surface of the first layer different from the transparent substrate side. A film obtained by laminating (the second layer) the product of the refractive index (nH) and the thickness (dH) of the first layer for an arbitrary reference wavelength (λ) selected in the visible light region. And an antireflection film characterized by satisfying the following formula (1). 0.05λ <nH × dH <0.17λ (1)
