abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a material that improves the properties of a culture medium and improves the occurrence rate when artificially cultivating Hatake shimeji. SOLUTION: The agent for improving the incidence of fruiting bodies of Hatake mushroom containing an alkaline earth metal compound not containing aluminum (excluding magnesium sulfate and calcium carbonate) as an essential component. A medium for artificial cultivation of Hatake shimeji mushrooms containing the occurrence improving agent, or a medium for artificial cultivation. A method for artificially cultivating Hatake shimeji using any of the above materials, or a method for improving the incidence of fruiting bodies of Hatake shimeji. [Effect] Regardless of the strain, the quality of the humic substrate, and the use of the humic substrate, high-quality Hatake shimeji can be obtained in high yield. |
