abstract | Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductive polymer layer on a metal surface by in situ chemical polymerization and form a dielectric layer composed of a polymer film on the conductive polymer layer by electrodeposition. At Since the covering property and the denseness of the conductive polymer layer are low, there is a problem that a capacitor having a small polarity or a low leakage current cannot be obtained. SOLUTION: A binder is added to a solution composition in which a soluble conductive polymer is dissolved, or a dispersion liquid composition in which conductive polymer fine particles are dispersed in a dispersion medium, instead of a conductive polymer layer. After applying the conductive composition precursor, the medium is removed and the conductive composition layer 3 is formed, so that the conductive composition layer 3 having high coatability and denseness is obtained. No oxide layer formation or metal leaching occurs, A capacitor with less polarity and excellent leakage current characteristics can be obtained. |
