SOLUTION: In a glossy powder coating containing a glossy pigment, the glossy pigment is flaky particles formed by coating the surface of a flake-like glass with a metal oxide having a higher refractive index than that of the flake-like glass. A glossy powder coating composition comprising: A coated article in which the glossy powder coating composition is applied to the surface of a substrate and cured by heating.
