PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low-malt beer and a low-malt beer, which are excellent in a health effect of a component of a seaweed and are preferably balanced in taste and flavor. SOLUTION: This is a method for producing low-malt beer using malt as a main material, and includes an extraction step of obtaining an extract from seaweed. Preferably, a boiling step of adding hops and boiling is provided with a mixing step of mixing an extract extracted from seaweed into the boiling liquid. |
