abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a health drink preparation containing creatine as a main component and which does not lose its efficacy during the storage period. The water is adjusted to a weak alkalinity up to pH 10, and creatine crystal powder is added to the warm water at a ratio of 1 to 3 g to 100 cc of the warm water. It is obtained by dissolving with stirring to form a creatine aqueous solution, adding a nutrient or taste additive to the aqueous solution to form a creatine beverage, and then removing the bacteria through a sterilizing filter. |
