titleOfInvention Waste melting plant
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a waste melting plant capable of producing harmless and stabilized slag which is easy to reuse mainly from waste such as garbage. SOLUTION: A crusher 2 for crushing waste fed and thrown in from a garbage pit 1, a waste hopper 3 for storing the crushed waste, and a conveyor 3 from the hopper 3 , A waste drying furnace 4 for drying and carbonizing the waste conveyed through the hopper 0, a carbonized waste supplied from the drying furnace 4 via a hopper 5, a carbonized waste storage unit 6, and a kneading machine 7. A waste melting furnace 9 for melting with a thermite agent supplied from the thermite agent storage unit 8, a secondary combustion furnace 10 for attracting and burning exhaust gas generated in the melting furnace 9, A slag pot 11 that accumulates molten slag that falls through the next combustion furnace 10, an ash duct 12 that collects ash in the exhaust gas, a heat exchanger 13 that cools the exhaust gas, 14 and a dust collecting device 15 for removing fly ash and the like in the exhaust gas.
