(57) [Problem] To provide a flame-retardant resin composition which has the same flame retardancy as PVC, can be incinerated, and has good mechanical properties. SOLUTION: 30 to 65 parts by weight of an A component selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin resin containing an oxygen atom in a polymer, and 15 to 65 parts by weight of a B component selected from the group consisting of an acrylic rubber, an ethylene-acryl rubber, and a urethane rubber 7 0 parts by weight and 0 to 15 parts by weight of a C component selected from the group consisting of an acid-modified polyolefin-based resin, and 100 parts by weight of a base resin obtained by mixing such that the total of each component becomes 100 parts by weight. A halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition comprising 50 to 300 parts by weight of a metal hydroxide and 1 to 50 parts by weight of a zinc compound. |
