abstract |
(57) [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a new foliar spraying agent for iron based on the principle of an iron absorption mechanism. The present invention provides a method for growing plants even in alkaline soil by supplying iron from the leaves. The present invention also provides a novel compound for absorbing iron from leaves, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a fertilizer containing avenic acid or a derivative thereof or a salt thereof, preferably further contains metal components such as iron, and more preferably contains these metal components as a complex (chelate). About fertilizer made. The fertilizer of the present invention is preferably a fertilizer that can be sprayed as a foliar spray. The present invention also relates to a novel derivative of avenic acid or a salt thereof, and a method for producing the same. |
