titleOfInvention Inkjet printer head
abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is an ink jet printer head capable of reliably wiping without adhering ink on an ink ejection surface without causing color mixture and remaining, and a method of manufacturing the same. An opening pattern for forming a color mixing preventing groove by forming a metal film on an upper surface of a polyimide orifice plate, applying a resist mask having a predetermined pattern on the surface, and performing etching. After forming the metal mask 28 provided with the metal mask 28-1 and removing the resist, isotropic etching is performed using a helicon wave plasma in which the bias power is cut along the metal mask 28, so that the bottom corner 38-1 has a curved mixed color. The prevention groove 38 is formed. Thereafter, a metal mask 37 having an opening pattern 37-1 for discharge nozzle processing is formed on the upper surface of the orifice plate 27 from which the metal mask 28 has been peeled off, and a helicon with a bias power is applied along the metal mask 37. The discharge nozzle 29 is formed by performing anisotropic etching with wave plasma.
