PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoelectric conversion material which has a low carrier density, a high mobility, a significantly improved figure of merit, and is economical. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion material which is mixed and melted with at least two or more of bismuth, tellurium, selenium and antimony and, if necessary, a dopant, pulverizes the obtained alloy ingot, and then forms and sinters under normal pressure. a manufacturing method, the above pulverization and sintered C n H 2n + 1 OH or C n H 2n + 2 CO A method for producing a thermoelectric conversion material, wherein the method is performed in the presence of a solvent represented by (n is 1, 2 or 3). |
