titleOfInvention Electrorheological fluid
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] When a voltage is applied, a large shear force resistance is generated. Further, an electrorheological fluid which has excellent heat resistance and can maintain its characteristics for a long period of time and can be produced by a process in which a dispersoid is relatively easy is provided. SOLUTION: This is an electrorheological fluid in which fine particles are dispersed in an electrically insulating dispersion medium, wherein the fine particles act on inorganic hydroxide powder with mechanical energy.
