(57) Abstract: The present invention provides a softener composition which is very easy to handle in the production of a thermoplastic resin composition, and a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same. SOLUTION: The softener composition of the present invention comprises (a) at least one softener selected from softeners for non-aromatic hydrocarbon rubbers. 00 parts by weight, (b) organic peroxide 0.1 -10 parts by weight, and (c) a crosslinking aid 0.1 to 50 parts by weight is obtained by blending the components (b) / component (c) in a weight ratio ≦ 1 and subjecting to heat treatment. |
