titleOfInvention | Acrylic polymer having polymerizable unsaturated group at molecular terminal |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely introduce a polymerizable unsaturated group at a molecular terminal, do not contain an emulsifier or a dispersing agent, and to dissolve a solvent compound residue, an azo type and a peroxide type at a molecular terminal. An object of the present invention is to provide an acrylic polymer having no known initiator residue. SOLUTION: An acrylic polymer having a polymerizable unsaturated group at a molecular terminal is obtained by reacting the following compounds (a) to (c). (A) Under an inert gas atmosphere, using a compound having a thiol group and a hydroxyl group in a molecule as a polymerization initiator, bulk polymerizing a polymerizable monomer mainly containing an alkyl (meth) acrylate An acrylic prepolymer having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000 by GPC, (b) an isocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule, and (c) a hydroxyl group and a polymerizable non-polymerizable compound in the molecule. It is a compound having a saturated group. |
