titleOfInvention | Method for producing water absorbent resin |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To improve physical properties by adjusting the crosslinking density of a water-absorbing resin, many internal crosslinking agents have been proposed. Examples of the crosslinking reaction include copolymerization with a monomer and reaction with a functional group of the polymer. However, conventionally known internal crosslinking agents make it difficult to control the physical properties of the water-absorbing resin. An object of the present invention is to produce a water-absorbent resin exhibiting excellent performance when used in sanitary materials and the like, with a small increase in solubles in a manufacturing process where heat such as drying and surface treatment is applied, and having a high absorption capacity. It is to provide a method. SOLUTION: A polymer of an unsaturated monomer is used as a main chain, and contains an oxazoline group as an internal crosslinking agent and has a molecular weight of 20. A method for producing a water-absorbent resin, comprising using 0 or more crosslinking agents and / or a crosslinking agent containing an oxazoline group and an unsaturated group. |
