titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of thread rubber for golf ball and thread rubber for golf ball
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a thread rubber for a golf ball which is easily drawn and hard to be broken at the time of drawing while being obtained by a dry blending method having good workability. SOLUTION: The method for producing a rubber thread for golf balls is as follows. (A) The rubber composition 8 is supplied between the heat roller 3 and the belt 7 pressed against the heat roller 3, and the rubber composition 8 is cross-linked while being pressurized by the heat roller 3 and the belt 7. The method includes a cross-linking step of obtaining a sheet material, and (b) a cutting step of cutting the cross-linked sheet material to obtain a rubber thread. The pressure applied to the rubber composition 8 in this crosslinking step is 0.03 M It is not less than Pa and not more than 1 MPa. The rubber composition 8 supplied to the crosslinking step is formed into a sheet by extrusion.
