titleOfInvention | Thermosetting aqueous coating composition |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a thermosetting aqueous coating composition excellent in low-temperature curability, weather resistance and water resistance. SOLUTION: The weight ratio of a block polyisocyanate composition containing no hydrophilic group and having a water-affinity polyol and a polyisocyanate composition satisfying all the following conditions as a precursor is 10 / 0.5 to 10/5. An aqueous coating composition characterized by the following. 1) Obtained from aliphatic and / or alicyclic diisocyanates. 2) Unreacted diisocyanate concentration is 5 wt% or less. 3) The average number of isocyanate functional groups is 4.5 to 20. |
