SOLUTION: The coating material contains a pigment, a water-soluble or water-dispersible silicate compound, and a polysaccharide having a strongly acidic dissociating group and having a negative charge over a wide pH range. And The pigment is cohesively broken so as to be dispersed in a state of fine particles.
