abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide composition for blow molding capable of satisfying all of the required properties of a blow molded article, such as workability, chemical resistance and low-temperature impact resistance. SOLUTION: The polyamide composition for blow molding of the present invention comprises a polyamide and a modified polyolefin containing at least an amine-terminated polyamide in which the ratio of terminal amino groups to terminal carboxyl groups is the former: the latter = 100: 0 to 50:50. Consists of Polyamide 11 and polyamide 12 can be used as the amine-terminated polyamide. As the modified polyolefin, epoxy-modified, acid anhydride-modified or carboxylic acid-modified polyolefin can be used. The amount of the modified polyolefin is, for example, about 0.5 to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide. |
