abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To produce high-quality compost at a logging site without cutting back. A pit (3) is formed for excavating a ground (2) at a logging site and cutting wood chips (8) obtained by cutting the logs into chips. The impermeable sheet 4 is installed inside the pit 3 and the felled wood chips 8 mixed with livestock manure are put. A humidity and temperature sensor, a water supply pipe, a sensor including an air supply / intake pipe, and a pipe 6 are laid at substantially equal intervals between the logging material chips 8, and the logging material chip 8 obtained from the humidity and temperature sensor is provided.
