titleOfInvention High toughness fiber reinforced concrete and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber aggregate having a fiber length of 6 to 60 mm and a fiber diameter of 5 to 30 which has conventionally been considered to be difficult to knead in a concrete product containing coarse aggregate. To provide high-toughness fiber-reinforced concrete mixed with coarse aggregate having high bending strength, compressive strength and toughness obtained by reinforcing 0 μm fibers and having excellent impact resistance. A concrete mixture comprising cement (C), fine aggregate (S), coarse aggregate (G), etc., reinforcing fibers and blast furnace slag fine powder (Sg) are 40 to 60 vol% in terms of cement (C) ratio. The high toughness fiber reinforced concrete mixed and the binder (C + Sg) are 600-700 kg / m 3 , and the fine aggregate ratio (S / S + G) 55-70 vol% and water binder ratio (water / C) 35-60 wt %. A method of manufacturing a high-toughness fiber-reinforced concrete in which mixing is performed at a ratio of 0.1% and reinforcing fibers are dispersed and mixed.
