abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a urethane coupling capable of easily removing a urethane coupling from a mold after molding of the urethane elastomer. The present invention includes a shaft (4) for fixing and positioning a pair of circular hubs (2, 3), and accommodates each of the circular hubs (2, 3) and the shaft (4) to form upper and lower protrusions (17, 18) of the shaft (4). Upper and lower dies 6, 5 in which a number of upper and lower storage portions 31, 36 for fixing the upper and lower dies are arranged around a rotation center a, a drive motor 7 for rotating the upper and lower dies 5, 6 around a rotation axis a, and a vertically moving liquid urethane. An injection port 41 for injecting into the molds 6, 5, and a liquid urethane is injected from the injection port 41 to each of the projections 13 of the circular hubs 2, 3. Gate portions 35 and 40 leading to the fourteen spaces 26 are provided. According to the present invention, when the upper and lower dies 6 and 5 are opened, a communication hole 51 for introducing air into the lower storage portion 31 of the lower mold 5 on the side where the shaft 4 remains, and a lower hole formed by the communication hole 51. An opening / closing valve 55 for regulating or canceling the introduction of air into the storage section 31 is provided. |
