(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a composition capable of transparently dispersing an oil in water even if a relatively small amount of a surfactant is used for the oil. A composition comprising phospholipid, lysophospholipid and oil as main components, wherein phospholipid: lysophospholipid is 1: 0.1 to 1:10, and phospholipid and lysophospholipid: oil in mass ratio. A phospholipid composition which is blended at a ratio of 1: 0.1 to 1: 2. |
