titleOfInvention Lead wire member for sheet-shaped battery, material for manufacturing lead wire member, and method for manufacturing material for manufacturing lead wire member
abstract (57) Abstract: A plastic film having excellent resistance to an electrolytic solution and having no hygroscopic property is sufficiently firmly adhered to both surfaces of a predetermined portion of a ribbon-shaped metal having a predetermined length. An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet-shaped thin battery lead wire member for a polymer battery or the like, in which moisture does not enter into the electrolyte or leak from the electrolyte from the plastic film bonding portion. SOLUTION: An olefin resin film is provided on both sides of a predetermined portion of a ribbon-shaped metal obtained by cutting a sheet-shaped thin battery lead wire member such as a polymer battery into a predetermined length, and a metal adhesion imparting agent is contained. A current is applied to the ribbon-shaped metal by using a thermoplastic elastomer adhesive, and the ribbon-shaped metal is bonded by utilizing the resistance heat generation.
