titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic emulsion and silver halide photographic material using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic emulsion which remarkably reduces non-tabular grains, particularly rod-shaped grains, which are generated when tabular grains are prepared, and a silver halide photographic emulsion using the same. Providing photosensitive materials. SOLUTION: The variation coefficient of the equivalent circle diameter of all particles is 40% or less, the equivalent circle diameter is 1.0 μm or more, and the thickness is 0.10 μm. tabular grains having {111} planes of m or less as main planes and having twin planes occupy 50% or more of the total projected area, and the presence of rod-like grains having a length of more than 1.5 μm in all grains. A silver halide photographic emulsion having a ratio (number / number, the same applies hereinafter) of less than 0.70%. |
