titleOfInvention | Electromagnetic two-way clutch |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce drag torque and stabilize operation of an electromagnetic clutch when not engaged. SOLUTION: An inner shaft, an intermediate shaft and an outer shaft are arranged from the center of the rotation shaft. An electromagnetic clutch unit is assembled between the inner shaft and the intermediate shaft and between the intermediate shaft and the outer shaft. Each unit engages by attracting the amateurs 107 and 207 by electromagnetic force. The armature is provided on the inner shaft in the inner unit, and on the intermediate shaft in the outer unit. When the armature is separated by the separation spring at the time of disengagement, a restricting mechanism for restricting the movement in the separation direction so as to maintain the distance between the armature and the suction surface to a predetermined value or less is the same rotation as the rotation shaft provided with the armature. Prepare for the shaft. Since there is no rotation speed difference between the amateur and the regulating mechanism, no drag torque is generated even if the amateur contacts the regulating mechanism during non-engagement. Amateur wear and heat generation can be avoided, and operation can be stabilized. |
