titleOfInvention | Acrylic powder coating composition and acrylic powder coating composition for coating aluminum substrate |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an acrylic powder coating composition which enhances the adhesion of a coating film with an untreated aluminum material and forms a coating film having excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The acrylic powder coating composition of the present invention comprises: Acrylic resin having glycidyl group and carbon number of 14 to 2 (4) a divalent carboxylic acid (tetradecandioic acid, eicosane diacid, etc.), wherein the divalent carboxylic acid is blended in an amount of 0.5 to 3.0 equivalents to the glycidyl group. This acrylic powder coating composition can significantly improve the adhesion of a coating film on an untreated aluminum material as compared with a conventional acrylic powder coating composition using dodecane diacid as a curing agent. As a result, while exhibiting coating surface properties, flexibility, impact resistance, and weather resistance that are not inferior to conventional acrylic powder coatings, it also has excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance that far exceeds conventional acrylic powder coatings. Show. Therefore, it can be more suitably used for an object to be used outdoors. |
