PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a seed coat from a soybean grain without affecting the composition of cotyledons and without losing morphology. A soybean grain swollen with water flows together with water between rotating rollers (5, 6) opposed to each other at a predetermined interval and rotates inward, and a pressure between the rotating rollers (5, 6). Peeling off the seed coat from the grain by frictional resistance. In addition, there is provided a separation collecting device for separating and collecting the peeled seed coat, cotyledon and hypocotyl. |
