abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In a method of manufacturing an anode foil for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, by automatically setting the optimal conditions for formation, the loss during production is reduced, and the quality of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor is stabilized. The purpose is to obtain an anode foil for a capacitor. SOLUTION: This is a method for manufacturing an anode foil for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor having an etching step and a formation step, wherein a constant current inspection is performed on the etching foil 4 obtained in the etching step, and a formation condition is calculated from the constant current inspection. Means to By means of a manufacturing method including means for transferring the calculated chemical formation conditions to the control panel 8 in the chemical formation process and automatically setting the same, it is possible to obtain the anode foil 11 with small loss during production and stable quality. |
