titleOfInvention Method for producing pigment dispersion for electrophotographic photosensitive member and method for producing electrophotographic photosensitive member
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity electrophotographic photosensitive member by which a pigment dispersion can be obtained in a short time and an electrophotographic photosensitive member is manufactured using the pigment dispersion. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a pigment dispersion for an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which at least organic pigment particles are dispersed, the organic pigment particles are azo pigment particles or phthalocyanine pigment particles, and the organic pigment is dissolved in a solvent. A method for producing a pigment dispersion for an electrophotographic photoreceptor, which comprises performing a dispersion treatment with a spherical fine pulverizing medium having an average particle diameter of 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm.
