The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device in which grease is stably held on the surface of the intended use. The present invention relates to an apparatus using water, oil, or grease, wherein the periphery of a surface holding water, oil, or grease is modified with a fluorine compound. According to the present invention, seepage of water, oil, and grease is prevented, and water, oil, and grease are firmly held only on the surface to be used, and stable performance can be maintained for a long time. |
