titleOfInvention Fast dispersible sol X-ray barium sulfate contrast agent
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] Sol-type X-rays that retain the advantages of a simple and highly safe sol-form preparation, are fast-dispersing even after long-term storage, and can be reduced in viscosity even when barium sulfate concentration is increased. Provide a barium sulfate contrast agent. The barium sulfate particles are suspended in an aqueous solution of a pharmacologically orally administrable suspending agent, and the barium sulfate particles are suspended on a lower layer composed of an aqueous suspension having a higher barium sulfate concentration than the working concentration. A sol-type X-ray barium sulfate contrast agent having a two-layer structure filled with an aqueous layer which may contain an agent as an upper layer. Shake the container at the time of use so that the upper layer and the lower layer are uniformly mixed for use.
