titleOfInvention Synthetic hair transplantation and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: A low durable bacterial infection rate, a high fixation rate of hair transplanted artificial hair, and a highly durable hair transplant that is not cut off near the root even after long-term use after hair transplantation. Provides artificial hair. SOLUTION: 0.3 wt% to 3.0 wt% of silver ceramic fine particles having a particle size of 5.0 μm or less are mixed with a resin material for fibers containing polybutylene terephthalate as a main component, and a drawing process is performed after melt spinning. The obtained single fiber is cut as appropriate, and a hair root is formed at one end of the single fiber to obtain artificial hair. In some cases, the surface of the single fiber is subjected to a mechanical matting treatment before producing artificial hair.
