titleOfInvention Clock distribution circuit for programmable logic devices
abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is a clock distribution circuit of a programmable logic device capable of suppressing an increase in skew and reducing a wiring area of a clock line. SOLUTION: A clock CL is selected by selectors 10 and 11. One of KA-D is selected by programming, and the clock buffers 19a, 19f connected to the outputs of the clock buffers 18a-18f connected to the selectors 10,11. b, 25a, 25b, 31a, 31b are connected, and programmable connection elements 20a to 24b, 26a to 30b and 32a to 36b are connected to these, and flip-flops 37 to 45 and adjustment loads 46 to 51 are connected. Programmable connection element 20a -24b, 26a-30b, 32a-36b are selected by programming.
