abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To achieve excellent surface properties and contribute to improvement in yield. SOLUTION: The non-magnetic support is formed on one main surface side of the non-magnetic support, and has at least an average degree of polymerization of 150 to 400 and a glass transition temperature of 55 to 70 ° C. A lower nonmagnetic layer formed by applying a nonmagnetic paint obtained by kneading a certain vinyl chloride copolymer and a nonmagnetic powder, and formed on the lower nonmagnetic layer, at least having an average degree of polymerization of 150 or more and 400 or more. An upper magnetic layer formed by applying a magnetic paint obtained by kneading a vinyl chloride copolymer and a magnetic powder as described below. |
