abstract | (57) Abstract: Provided is an image forming method for forming a high-quality image having high image density and image light resistance and having no defect by using a high-sensitivity optical recording material. An optical recording material having a photosensitive layer comprising a microcapsule containing a polymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a dye on a support is exposed to light, and is then pressed in the presence of an image receiving layer to form an image on the image receiving layer. In the method of forming an image by transferring the dye, an image forming method is used in which the image is formed with a metal complex of the dye. |
