titleOfInvention Reaction detection chip and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a simpler method for producing DNA chips without using photolithography, stabilize various reactants such as DNA polymorphisms, enzymes, antigens and DNA fragments, and diagnose various physiological functions. Provided is a reaction detection chip that can be used for inspection. SOLUTION: A porous carrier particle carrying a reactive substance capable of binding to a different object to be detected is integrally formed on the inner surface of the porous carrier particle probe, and the porous carrier particle probe is used as a carrier carrier probe. What is claimed is: 1. A reaction detection chip, wherein a reaction detection chip is arranged and fixed to one or more sections of a plurality of micro sections provided on a substrate while maintaining the surface reactivity. The pore diameter of the porous carrier particles is preferably 10 nm to 1 μm, and the particle diameter is preferably 1 μm to 100 μm. A method for producing the reaction detection chip.
