SOLUTION: An oil phase in which a dye is dissolved in an organic solvent having a boiling point of 150 ° C. or higher is emulsified in an aqueous medium, and the viscosity of the oil phase at 25 ° C. is adjusted to 20 to 8000 mPa · s. |
